At Svahita Wellness, we respect your time and ours. This policy ensures smooth scheduling and fair usage of consultations, courses, and therapy program bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Rescheduling requests follow the same 24-hour notice policy.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Applicability

This policy applies to consultations (online and in-clinic), therapy programs, and courses or workshops.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To request a cancellation or reschedule, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your full name and booking details.

Important Note

Svahita Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
