4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Your engagement with our services is subject to the following financial terms:

Booking: Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Refunds: * A 100% refund is applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations made within the 24-hour window.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Clinic Rights: Svahita Wellness reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a new slot.

5. Use of Programs and Courses

Personal Use: Therapy programs, Medhya Rasayana protocols, and Lifestyle Bio-Hacking (Vihara) materials are for your personal use only.
Intellectual Property: All content, including text, graphics, logos, and program structures, is the intellectual property of Dr. Manisha Mishra/Svahita Wellness and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
